You may or may not have heard of UX. We know it is a buzz word these days, but there is good reason for it. It is about making sure your user or customer gets a product that lets them complete tasks as quickly as easily as possible, and leave them with a feeling of satisfaction. It can be applied to almost anything but usually you hear about it in the context of websites.
At the core of UX is drawing a detailed picture of your end user, using metrics where possible, and ensuring at all stages of the design process that this user’s needs are being met.
